help Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can be made in the vehicle at the end of your journey. We do not offer online payment - all payments are made directly during the trip.
help Are there any extra charges?
Our prices are fixed and transparent. The only additional charges would be for excessive waiting time (beyond the free allowance), night surcharge (22:00-06:00), and any additional stops or route changes requested during the journey.
help Do you offer discounts for return journeys?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for return journeys booked at the same time. Please contact us for specific pricing.
help How much is the waiting time charge?
We provide 30 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups and 15 minutes for other pickups. After that, waiting time is charged at £15 per hour.
help Is a deposit required for booking?
No deposit is required for booking. You pay the full amount at the end of your journey, either by cash or card directly to the driver.
